I went to my first spin class today.
At the MSU powerhouse gym.
Full of big, muscular guys.
And girls wearing shirts that read PHI KAPPA GORGEOUS (for real.)
I got going too fast.
My foot fell out of the strap, almost violently.
But I did not stop.

You could be Pi Maka Gorgeous! You do it all! Spin on, baby--those people wish they could go home to your family but they just keep pedaling. Do they play good music? Your life there sounds very good...you dared to reach for something beyond yourself and it is good for you! Love you!
I took a class and I thought I was going to die. Spinning is such a hard workout!
"Urrdos" to you for not letting a foot slip stop you!
word verification: urrdos
Portuguese word meaning, Kudos!
Sounds like fun! I'm trying to get myself motivated to get back into an exercise routine. We just bought an elliptical machine and I can't wait to get on it and make a fool of myself! But at least I'm at home and only my boys will see me fall :)
