thankful

Photobucket

"I still find each day too short for all the thoughts I want to think,
all the walks I want to take, all the books I want to read and
all the friends I want to see." ~John Burroughs

But, I will not waste the day wishing it'd slow down.
I will embrace my life with all it's messiness and make it great
today. I will not look back to better days or I will miss the ones in front of me.
I will send a card to a friend. Start a new book. Take
a walk. watch the sunset. I will love unconditionally.
I will be thankful.

What a great outlook on life. So many times I see it flying by. It's good to cherish it, because we can't slow it.

Cute picture! And your words so true! I wish you lived here in Naples with us to enjoy all of life's little pleasures with us. Books, sunsets, and friends. Both you and Kelle know how to focus on enjoying the small things and i love it!

I finally added a link to your blog.

While I'm here I should let you know that I think you're an amazing photographer.

Looking forward to seeing you and Joel soon!

I love this post. This is an excellent Life Philosophy.

One of my recent goals I've focusing on is to live in 'day-tight' compartments... not letting guilt about the past or worry about the future affect my NOW.

I must cherish EACH "today"... it's all we are promised!

I second Stephanie's comment. And wish I could join Sydney for whatever walk she was going to take. We'd make sure not to step on any graves.
