new magazine

Photobucket

I just discovered this magazine this week at my lunch spot.
they have great ideas for decorating on a budget - my idea
of a budget (as opposed to gwyneth paltrow's idea
of a budget). the last page is the best...it's a section called
macgyver where they challenge you to come up with ideas
for repurposing everyday objects. like empty prescription
bottles. the wheels are turning...oh, I wish I had more time
on my hands...

How fun! Maybe your lunch hour can be your 'extra minutes' for dreaming and planning :-)

I'll have to check it out. One of my favorite mags is Real Simple. While they do have some great ideas, some of them are a little pricey. $138 for a pair of pants is not "real simple" on my wallet.

this looks like fun....but very modern? i will have to check it out.

side note: have you seen on SNL last year the MacGruber 30 second skits? a take on macguyver.....oh so funny.
you should check NBC.com for them.
a verse in the song is "the guy's a frickin' genius...MACGRUBER!"

anyway...i will go check out this magazine now. :)

yes, it's a little modern, but not crazy modern. I just love to find ideas that are attainable. stuff I can do for very little or no money!

I'm looking for a new magazine. With the kids going back to school, this sounds like a great one that may keep my upcoming lonely days occupied. Thanks!

OK, enough of the DeVo couple magazine cover, we want to see Sean Johnson and hear your victory cry! Golden moment! Also, I think a photo of the Mason Courthouse would be appropriate, and a brief blog entry about your recent rendevous with the magistrate...do they allow blogging from the women's penetentiary?
