this dangling jack-o-lantern eye had grandma rolling with laughter.

We carved pumpkins last night and afterwards, had a
"pumpkin lighting ceremony", complete with hot cider,
caramel apples, and warm snuggly blankets. And to add to
the memory, grandma krissy was in town, making it even
more special.
(not pictured: major meltdown just prior to
ceremony when we discovered the lighter was out of butane
and not a candle was to be found in the house. thank goodness
for nice neighbors)

Oh Ha!!! Never fails to have a meltdown during what you think is going to be just a perfect moment.

Looked like a memorable night though! Fun times!

felt like i had a window into your home that night...literally. and your hanging eyeball did for me what my warty pumpkin did for you. thank you. that's disgusting, but i can see mom rolling on the floor.

Ah, those magical meltdowns.... LOL.

Great photos! Love Fall, pumpkins, cider, chilly evenings, etc. You captured the "feel" of this season perfectly!
