my orange patagonias.
I love them.
like I loved my pink jelly shoes in fifth grade.
I don't know if I've ever bought anything for myself
that I didn't just adore
or wasn't on clearance.
at least not in a long time, anyway.
when I got them home, I immediately ripped the tags off,
and ran around outside in them so I wouldn't be able to return them.
