look at these beauties...kelle had the bright idea of flash
thawing these sticky buns in the oven. dad managed to salvage
them and they turned out delish. I ate way too many.
I left Savannah's Christmas jammies back at home
and she could not let it go...
can you say mother of the year?
we headed to my dad's where hot cocoas, margaritas, and
sticky buns were waiting. and just as the girls were climbing
into bed, a surprise visit from Santa who stuffed stockings and
brought a Wii! We woke Christmas morning to the smell of
coffee and the smell of Grandpa Gates pancakes. Thanks, dad and
gary, for helping make this Christmas so magical!

beautiful.
we have made your/kelle's/rik's sticky buns every christmas morning since we ate them that morning at your house on Beecher.
this year, we made the pillsbury grands cheat kind. matt lovingly said "what's wrong with these sticky buns...i mean...they're o.k....but like you know. not like usual." which is his loving way of saying "these suck. major."
glad it was magical.
you need lots of beautiful magic right now....
sending love...
i have the chills... NOT KIDDING! magic... BIG magic!
your family... i think i love them!
Oh I love that letter! And you mother of the year comment has me laughing. Good thing you restored her faith by allowing santa to still pay a visit sans jammies.
