I love this. Another quote I've heard is, "You find what you're looking for."
Think about it - it's so true. If you look for the bad, expect the bad, worry about the bad...you'll notice it all around you. The bad stuff is going to come no matter what.
But if you look for the good - you will find it, I am 100% sure. Speaking to the choir here, but I am sometimes laughed at for my optimism, and it's SO good to hear it echoed in someone I admire.
