badass loveseat and random happenings.

Photobucket

Behold, my $30 badass loveseat from local thrift store.
In my house.
Well, it's not like, my house.
I'm actually renting.
But, I pretend it's mine, slanted floors and all.
Which is why I've spent the last week painting ceilings, trim, and walls.
Farewell, apartment.
Hello, little house.
A friend and I are moving the bare necessities in tomorrow.
And then treating ourselves to Golden Harvest.
Breakfast will be followed by nesting.
I am giddy.
So much so, I might even pop my collar.

"Stay, stay at home and rest...homekeeping hearts are happiest."  Longfellow

Yay! How exciting! Being an apartment living girl myself I can totally relate to wanting a house to make all your own...even if you are renting! I can't wait to see how you decorate your place...LOVE your style.

It's great to see you posting more! I check in every day to see what's new. And in case you're wondering who the heck I am and where I came from, I found you through Kelle's blog :)

Happy Saturday :)

XOXO,
Angie

Man, you find the coolest furniture/lamps...I'm good with finding clothes but I always seem to miss those big items. Except I did drag Matt downtown where someone left their perfectly good pale blue chair...he was mortified, but we hauled it away and now it's in Beth's room "to read in". :-)

Love this. I love the inspiring, empty canvas of a new dwelling. I can't wait to see how you transform it!
