ah, love it! What an adventure, and how cool to put faces, bodies, cities, with names.

if that makes sense, lol.

,,,you were in my "neck of the woods",,,photos suggest you enjoyed DC,,,

Carin said...

Me thinks Dr. Bob needs a blog.

,,,like wise, there's always a "next time" and that my friend is the beauty of traveling you can always return,,,

Thank you for your words on the blog today. I needed them. . . today.

I saw your pics this morning and wondered. . . did she run in D.C.? You look like you were running?

I love D.C.

Summer...I am so glad. And, yes, I was running. I think the main things I wanted to do were kayak the Potomac and run "the mall" between the Capital and Washington Monument.

Bonjour! said...

,,,i spy with my little eye the flags that encircle the washington monument,,,i hope you made your intentions come true, a jog from end to end on the mall and kayaking the potomac, i would have been happy to lend you my kayak,,,(smile)

,,,i have never (well not before this time) ever commented on someones blog 3 times,,,i enjoy your blog, i especially enjoy that you're true to yourself and regardless of the good, bad or indifferent events in your life you're an open book to your readers,,,travel back to dc, let's go kayaking,,,

Bald Bob vs Dr. Bob-hmmm.I'd rather be known for what is IN my head than what is not ON my head.

I've added something to my bucket list -- I want to leave a shirt in Tanzania!

Rangyhulu said...

It gets better. We had to rush out of the hotel because a volcanic ash cloud was moving towards our location-which could have grounded our plane-hence-I was rushing and "left my shirt in Tanzania"
