self-doubt, fare thee well

"Having imagination, it takes you an hour to write a paragraph that, if you were unimaginative, would take you only a minute. Or you might not write the paragraph at all." ~Franklin P. Adams, Half a Loaf, 1927

I'm writing the paragraph.
I'm starting a book.

"And by the way, everything in life is writable about if you have the outgoing guts to do it, and the imagination to improvise. The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt." ~Sylvia Plath

How wonderful and best of luck. My little black composition book is filled with my to do list -- I wish it was filled with creative ideas.

Cjs you must read Stephen King's, "On Writing" - I think I have it, and I'll load it to you...so good. Also, I remember uncle lyn telling me about this mom who wrote an entire book just by locking herself into her bedroom closet for 15 minutes a day. She was entirely focused for those 15 minutes and did it little by little. Just write a little every day - whether it's good or bad, just get it all out and edit later. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
